This organization is one of the members of the Executive Committee of All India Central Confederation of Pensioners Association (AICCPA) which is based at Delhi which has played and is playing a very important role in representing Central Govt. pensioners demand and help the different pensioners organization in conveying their views to the Central Govt.
Our Federation (AIRRF) has very cordial relations with this confederation (AICCPA).
In the year 1986, the Standing Committee of Voluntary Agencies (SCOVA) was constituted under the Pension Ministry in the Government and from that time our federation has been continuously given representation in Pension Ministry as a recognized representative body of Railway Pensioners. Incidentally, we were invited to the discussion of the anomaly committee on implementation of 6th Pay Commission and our views were duly considered.
News Bulletin ( Federation News) is published by the Federation from Secunderabad which is highly appreciated by the members, as the information published therein is much valuable and useful for Railway retirees/pensioners.
